I've had a lot of treatment recently with Dr Asad Lalloo, he is great and so is his dental team. I was a nervous wreck first going to get a check up,, somehow that fear has now gone . The team are really polite and reassuring.All very professional, even down the receptions, Kerry is great, very friendly and relaxed which is great with new patients or just patients that are nervous., Teresa is great too, very professional and on the ball.The whole team are great. I would definitely recommend this dentist.

I came today as I'd been elsewhere and had been left with the impression I'd loose all my teeth, I've left today knowing not only will I not loose my teeth but treatment is very reasonably priced and hygienist is lovely as are reception staff . Teeth and mind successfully treated. THANKYOU 🙏UPDATE !!!!!Been for a 2nd hygienist appointment on Tuesday so now my whole mouth has had a thorough deep clean by Allisia.Today Friday I have had a thorough dental inspection with Sorahb the principal dentist and lucky for me my teeth are not to bad. I've had my options given to me and I'm OVER THE MOON with my forward plan and the price is very affordable 👌🏻.TOTAL trust in this practice , I walked in worried and upset and now I'm extremely happy and confident that my mouth is in safe hands,it isnt just my teeth but gums and the bone teeth sit in being cared for.Thankyou for being such brilliant professionals 😀Also great welcoming receptionists.

I had the most amazing experience, I’ve been really insecure about my teeth for a while and dental beauty has really help me , they made me feel extremely welcome from the just a phone call till the day I walked in every time I greeted by the most cheerful receptionist Kerry , she always asked if I was ok and how my day was always laughs when I saw her . Such a an amazing lady and she has a great smile .Now for my dentist Daphne she was a whole vibe she really uplifted me and did what made me feel comfortable but we got the best results in the end . After what felt like hitting a brick wall with finding a dentist accepting new NHS patients, Dental Beauty Blackheath came to the rescue. They were able to see me the following day to register (very easy process, fill in a few details on a tablet) and have a check-up. Everyone there is warm, friendly and helpful: admin staff, healthcare assistants and doctors. Dr Patel saw me and he was professional, meticulous and genuinely seemed to care for and want to help patients. The building is clean and modern. I felt reassured and well looked after. Thank you! I have been going to dental beauty Blackheath for invisalign treatment - the whole process has been simple and easy to follow. Kerry is always friendly and happy to help with appointments/queries etc, Sorabh who has been in charge of my treatment has been amazing with explaining the process, keeping me updated with treatment plan and outcome. They even managed to fit me in at short notice when I had a concern about one of my aligners.The offer for Invisalign that they have is also great - more cost effective (and a better offer for follow up care etc) than my previous dentist who I was with for 30years! So happy with the team and my treatment that I will be staying with them for good and wont be going back to my previous dentist.Thank you to the whole team for making the process easy and stress free and being patient with a nervous dental patient!

I have been with the same dentist in Woolwich for the last 30 years until the pandemic hit in 2020. My dentist retired and his practice was taken over by a private firm. Unfortunately, they did not open until March 2021 and being a new company I was very apprehensive about what they would be like. Over the last year they have cancelled all my appointments at the last minute. I have not seen a dentist regularly since before the pandemic and was becoming concerned about the lack of care and professionalism of this practice.I decided to look for a new dentist and it was time to change. After reading the reviews I liked the feeling of this dentist practice. I was lucky that I was able to register here and only live 4 minutes drive away. The practice is impeccable. The dentist was highly experienced, very professional and friendly too. Everything was explained in meticulous detail with pictures! My son also saw a dentist and was very happy with the service and impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff. After seeing the dental hygienist he was super impressed with the treatment he received and how gentle it was. The advice was greatly received and he has bought a new toothbrush brush that was recommended! Thank you. We really like your practice and feel safe and confident to receive treatment from you.

I am a nervous patient and have neglected the dentist for many years after a bad experience, whilst also being a smoker and so was expecting the worst after experiencing some extreme pain.Dr Patel was patient and understanding, took me through what was needed, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and only charged what was necessary and not just because he could.I had to have some work via a referral and that was also very well handled.Now feel more confident after these visits and have already booked in my next 6 monthly checkup.

Overall good experience.The lady at the reception look and act friendy but I felt discomfort talking to her although she booked me emergency appointment for the same day for which I am grateful(I assume as this was private and not nhs).The dental staff were very caring and explanatory. I am very happy they granted my request to have a copy of my tooth x ray.

I am a new patient at Dental Beauty Blackheath, the staff on site were all very friendly and helpful, the check up I had with Sorabh was detailed and I felt that I was in good hands with someone that genuinely cared and addressed my concerns. A lot of dental practices I have been to felt really rushed where the dentist would just want to get your examination over with as soon as possible, do a usual clean and take your money without much explanation or planning for future appointments.

I've had two years' worth of implant treatment here, and treatment has been very good all the way. From initial consultation to implant to aftercare it's all been good. I researched things like going to Budapest etc, but in the end stayed local and got the work done incrementally over 24 months. This worked out well as aftercare etc is so important. Dentists, assistants and front desk all very helpful and professional.

Fantastic experience in getting an onlay fitted. Dr Sorabh Patel is a highly skilled and professional dentist, as well as being very personable and friendly. He makes complex dental work seem a breeze for all concerned! All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and a shout out to Kerrie on reception who makes you feel relaxed and at home from the moment you step in the practice. I’m a new patient at this dental practice. It’s like a breath of fresh air! Every staff member is delightful. The dentist Dr Patel takes time to point out everything in detail and explains all that’s happening in a caring way. The hygienist spent 3 times as long working on my teeth, as any other I’ve visited, taking the time to do a thorough job. The dental nurses are all very professional. Excellent hygienist appointment…very thorough and comfortable. Typically experience a bit of sensitivity, but she used a bit of topical numbing to avoid any pain on certain teeth so she could still clean and avoid any wincing on my behalf.Will be coming back again in few months to see the dentist for a general checkup.

Have just finished treatment for a dental implant with the practice and could not be happier with my experience. The process was daunting for me but the team ensured it was smooth from start to finish. Dr Asad and Cynthia we’re both brilliant throughout, making sure I was comfortable at each appointment and that I understood each step of the treatment in detail - something I really appreciated and found incredibly reassuring! I had 2 teeth removed, a denture fitted, whitening, as well as composite bonding on my upper teeth. This was the best experience I’ve had at any dentist, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Daphne was my dentist and she was amazing throughout the entire process. From my first appointment I felt very comfortable, especially as I was very nervous about having two teeth out. Theresa on reception was one of the most helpful people I’ve come across and she answered and helped with any questions I had, she was especially helpful when it came to setting up my payments. I feel 100 times more confident and am so glad I chose this dental practice. I’m so so grateful and happy with the work Daphne done.

I moved homes from Wapping to Blackheath in 2015 and spent the next couple of years searching for a good dentist around Blackheath. I tried a few but was not satisfied with the level of service. The pandemic made it worse but I struck lucky when I finally found Dental Beauty. My regular dentist Assad is amazing. The receptionist Teresa is very friendly and professional. Had a fantastic experience here. After not having my teeth checked for a while due to lockdown I was in need of a root canal to sort out a really sore area that had developed (too many nights in with a tub of ice cream). I found Dental Beauty Blackheath after ringing around a few dentists in my area and got myself booked in for a check-up pronto.Enter Dr Daphne Joanes who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She carried out a series of procedures and fillings that were painless, executed professionally and in good time. She coached me through what she was doing at each appointment so I felt well-informed. She was very attentive to any discomfort and thoughtful post-treatment in recommending what foods to avoid and how best to manage any discomfort.Overall I felt like I was treated with real care by a very human and kind dentist in Daphne. Highly recommended.

Having lost two teeth from each side of my lower jaw due to cancer treatment my ability to eat was compromised. I was advised that the best solution would be to have implants but the cost was prohibitive so, following discussion, it was decided to opt for a metal framework denture. The production of this was painstaking and the result, following minor adjustment, has been first class. It was still a non-trivial spend however I feel that it was worth it as my eating ability has been virtually restored to normal. My treatment by the team, both administrative and clinical, has been exemplary. Recommended.
